They are a super-sweet couple who had a whirlwind winter break. Kristi and Dave are living in Chicago where Dave is in medical school in Chicago. Dave proposed to Kristi in California while they were visiting his family for Christmas. After they were engaged, they flew to Dallas to share the news with her family. While they were in town, we met and scheduled their engagement session for the day before their return to Chicago. It was such a joy to photograph them for their engagement session. They were so full of love an affection for each other and I love it when couples still have that bubbly spirit after they’re engaged. We photographed their engagement session at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve and at the Shops at Legacy near the Christmas tree since Dave proposed on Christmas Eve.
