Larson: Frisco Family Portraits

The Larson Family welcomed their newborn baby girl Adeline last Monday. So here’s a little family portrait session we did to celebrate the growth of their family. We photographed their family portrait session at a small neighborhood park in Frisco where the fall light was so lovely.

One other little note about their family portrait session I wanted to share. One of my sweet neighbors makes custom children’s gifts and I commissioned her to create some cute little “A” shirts for Adeline and Anders. They were so cute! You can view some of her work on her facebook page or blog.

Sara + Hannah: Mother/Daughter Portraits

My dear friend Sara is now a mother to the lovely and funny Hannah Joy! Sara is one of my best friends and we were roommates in college at Oklahoma Baptist University. She now lives in New York, so we visit on the phone a lot and this week we got to visit in person! She came through town to visit her family and was able to stay with us for a couple of days. It was so nice to visit with her and to meet her sweet daughter Hannah! It feels like all of my friends are becoming mothers, but even though we bought a house, Aaron and I have no plans to join that club anytime soon. It was so fun to play with Hannah and we scheduled some time for mommy daughter portraits. Hopefully next time her husband, Andrew, can come along and play too!Thanks so much for coming to stay with us this week! I can’t wait to see Hannah grow up and later we can take her shopping more!

Emma: Baby Portraits

Meet Baby Emma! She was born 09.09.09. Great birthday! Emma is Karen’s niece. I have become good friends with Karen’s sister Kristen over the past couple of years. She’s just super sweet, fun-loving and will be a great mom. I don’t do a lot of baby sessions, but this one was really fun because she was just so darn tiny and cute! She was only 13-days-old when we did this little session. Don’t you just love the cheetah-print bow?!?!This is Kristen and Scott—the proud parents. Congratulations Kristen and Scott!!! So glad you guys have a fabulous, happy and healthy baby girl. Can’t wait to see her grow up over the years.
