Corey & Sarah:
Dallas Proposal Photography

Corey contacted me a couple of days before he was going to proposal to his girlfriend Sarah. Their 3 year anniversary was coming up and he wanted to surprise her by asking her to be his wife. Corey discovered Sarah’s Pinterest account and found some great ideas about how to make the proposal just perfect. She had pinned that she wanted the moment to be secretly photographed – so that’s where I came into the picture. Corey and I had a plan for them to follow me towards a spot I had in mind, but Corey found another spot and deviated from the plan – hahaha – proposals are very tricky to photograph because they never go to plan. It ended up being just perfect (minus when Sarah saw me ducking in and out of the bushes – Corey covered by saying I must have worked there). He made a slideshow of photos from their 3 years together and played it for her on his phone. The last slide on the phone was where he asked her to be his wife. It was a really sweet moment to photograph and I was overjoyed to be a part of this moment for them. Afterwards we took a couple of engagement portraits around the Arboretum. I really hope you enjoy the photographs of this proposal.
