Rachel & Kevin:
Engagement Portraits at the Dallas Arboretum
{Dallas Engagement Portrait Photographer}

Meet Rachel & Kevin. They’re getting married in June and having their wedding reception at the Room on Main in Downtown Dallas. I’m pumped to work with Meredith of Significant Events of Texas for their wedding celebration! We photographed their engagement portraits at the Dallas Arboretum followed by some portraits at J. Blacks on Henderson (it’s a spot that’s a special date night spot for them). They’re both so sweet and lots of fun. We pretty much just laughed throughout the whole session, you know inbetween them being crazy-great models. Special shout out to Angie Williams for styling Rachel’s hair and makeup for their engagement portraits.:)pintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterest

  • […] Rachel & Kevin are married! They got married and had their wedding reception at the Room on Main. Angie Williams of AW Wedding Hair & Makeup styled the lovely Rachel for hair and makeup. Now I can finally share her beautiful wild flower bridal portrait session we photographed at White Rock Lake near the Filter Building. I loved Rachel’s lace wedding gown. It is simply stunning on her. We lucked out and were able to photograph her in the beautiful wild flowers around White Rock Lake before the summer heat melted them away. I really hope you enjoy viewing these Dallas bridal portraits! […]

  • […] Rachel & Kevin were married in June in Dallas at Northpark Presbyterian Church followed by a wonderful wedding reception at The Room on Main. There are so many things I loved about Rachel & Kevin: 1) I loved Rachel & Kevin — they are just good people, the kind of people you wanna grab dinner with and chat or play games with all night; 2) I loved Rachel’s stunning lace gown — seriously, it’s just beautiful! 3) I loved that Kevin’s best man was his dad; 4) I loved their first look — they took about 10 minutes to talk, laugh and hold hands catching up on the day. It was really sweet. 5) Their pastor gave a beautiful sermon on marriage that was a great message and a personal message. 6) Deitra Butler of Lush Couture Floral outdid herself, again. Seriously, these florals at the reception were amazing! 7) Meredith Commender of Significant Events of Texas is fabulous and creative and let’s just say she saved the day with her brilliance for the garter toss. 8) I love a live band and Trey & the Tritones entertained and dazzled the crowd all night with a great variety of music and kept the party going all night. 9) I love the portraits we were able to take on the rooftop at the Room on Main — it has such a beautiful view and we had some moments with the beautiful golden sunlight. Anyways, that’s enough gabbing — you gotta see the pictures. […]
