Gabrielle & Tim:
Dallas Proposal Photography
{Dallas Wedding Photographer}

Meet Gabrielle & Tim. Tim contact me to photograph his proposal to his girlfriend. We planned his surprise proposal at the Dallas Arboretum. Gabrielle & Tim met while living in Hawaii serving in the Navy. They would walk the botanical gardens in Hawaii and he thought it’d be the perfect place to propose to her. It is aways so fun to photograph a surprise proposal! There were so few people at the Arboretum that afternoon that I had a much more difficult time “blending in” than I would on other days. But out plan worked perfectly and Tim was able to propose to Gabrielle at the Women’s Garden in the spot he had in mind. After the proposal, I went up to them and gave them their first words of congratulations! It was such a great pleasure to be a part of this surprise for them. After the proposal, we photographed their spring engagement portraits on the grounds of the Dallas Arboretum. I hope you enjoy viewing these moments and portraits. pintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterest

  • […] Gabrielle & Tim were married at White Rock Lake on 10.10.12 in an intimate ceremony that include them, my husband Aaron (who is a minister) and myself (the photographer). They had planned a huge wedding in Ohio for the summer, but wedding planning got carried away and they felt as though they had lost their focus about each other and the heart of the marriage relationship. So they decided to just go ahead and get married and I had told them in the past that Aaron was a minister who could perform the ceremony instead of them going to the JOP if they wanted that option. So they picked 10.10 as an easy date to remember and early that morning they were wed on a fishing dock at White Rock Lake. Afterwards we celebrated with them at Oddfellows for a wedding brunch with mimosas, beignets and a first dance in the middle of the restaurant as “Dream a Little Dream of Me” by Ella Fitzgerald played over the speakers. I hope you enjoy viewing their wedding day photos. Posted in Wedding Related Posts […]
