Sarah & John:
Deep Ellum Engagement Portraits
{Dallas Wedding Photographer}

Meet Sarah & John Munger Place Methodist Church followed by a wedding reception at Lofty Spaces in Downtown Dallas. They met through mutual friends and bonded while watching “The Office” together and began dating about a year after being friends. Sarah fell in love with pictures of the glass bottle wall in Deep Ellum near the Hickory Street Annex and because she’s an artist and art teacher, she wanted to do a powder paint fight for the second half of their engagement session. She was inspired by seeing photos of one on Pintrest. I was so excited to see how the session unfolded and I’m so excited to share these truly romantic and fun engagement portraits with you! You can also view their slideshow on my YouTube channel to see more photos.

  • […] Sarah & John were married in June at the Munger Place Church in Dallas followed by a wedding reception at Lofty Spaces in downtown Dallas coordinated by Events by Kristin. They chose to do a first look and I just loved seeing John’s face light up when he saw his bride Sarah. They had a lovely and sweet wedding ceremony performed by a close friend. I loved that their first dance was “For Sentimental Reasons,” that they had a margarita machine and that Sarah’s dad gave a fabulous toast. It was a great wedding reception. And I loved that they honeymooned in Spain (it’s one of my favorite countries to visit). I hope you enjoy viewing their wedding photos.  […]
