Meet Kaci and Cody! I have throughly enjoyed visiting with Kaci — our first meeting together was about 2 hours long, but the time flew by as we talked about their wedding, engagement session ideas and traveling. She is a sweet, sweet girl and I’m so excited for her and Cody! They’re my first 2011 couple so far.
Kaci left the entire session in my hands, which is awesome but intimating—my mind was running with ideas. But knowing that they both enjoy the outdoors and that I love wild fields, I had recently discovered a beautiful area in Las Colinas that was calling to me. So I knew I wanted to take them there and the rest was just stuff in the area.The more a photograph couples, the more I know that the location is just a bonus – my portraits are really about the beauty of their love and connection. I hope you can see their love for each other through these engagement portraits.
