Alyssa + Carlo: Engagement Portraits

The day finally came for Alyssa & Carlo’s engagement portraits at the Texas State Fair and it was a beautiful day — a perfect day for the fair. It was such a wonderful relief to have a beautiful day since the only day we could schedule their session was for the last day of the fair and it had been raining the entire month of October.

I had such a wonderful time with this super-cute couple! Alyssa and Carlo began dating in high school and now they’re almost done with school and will be getting married June 12 at Perkin’s Chapel at SMU. So I’m terribly excited to be their wedding photographer!! They really were such a fun couple and they were ready and willing to go with whatever I had in my head to do… so we’ll start with the Fair photos and then you’ll see the engagement photos we took at Turtle Creek Park before we hit the fair. I was laughing so hard while taking the photos on the swing—it was so fun, super difficult, but so fun! I love having fun like this on my sessions! Some fun house fun!! Oh so fabulous!  This was actually taken on the way to the fair as we went to the Dart Green Line. Hot Couple! Love this! This is just so them and I really love it. Thank you so much for having fun with me and going along with all of my crazy ideas guys!
