Stephanie & Caleb: Engagement Portraits

Meet Stephanie & Caleb! After we began visiting about her engagement session, Stephanie realized she remembered me from our youth group days it turns out that I was a senior when she was a freshman, and we gone on the same choir tour trip to L.A. (mind you there were like 400 students on this trip, so my memory was a little fuzzy). Anyways, she’s a total sweetheart and it was great to meet her again. She will be graduating from Texas A&M in December and her fiancé, Caleb, is working on his masters at A&M and is on his way to an internship in D.C. for the summer. They’re getting married in January. With Caleb’s summer plans, we had a brief window for our session and though the rain forced us to reschedule, I don’t think we could have picked a nicer day.

This session was my first trip to the SMU campus and to Turtle Creek Park, both are very fine locations for photo sessions!Loved it!!! So enjoy these super-cute photos of a couple in love,

This is all them! I love it when couple’s have fun and play a bit on our sessions! There was certainly lots of playing on this shoot. Love it! A first on the Allison Davis Photography blog! A reverse “dip kiss!” So funny! One of my faves from the day.  My other favorite because there’s nothing like the feeling of a great big hug from the love of your life. So funny! I asked them to dance in this little area and this is what they busted out! My third favorite… can I have 3 favorites? Well I do, I just can’t help it! That warm sun! Thank you Stephanie and Caleb! I really enjoyed meeting you guys and hanging out. Your love for one another is very evident and that brings my heart great joy! I hope these give you a glimpse of what your love looks like in photos.To me, it’s just beautiful!
