Joanna & Ben: Engagement Portraits

Meet Joanna and Ben! They’re a super sweet couple who totally love being around each other. It was cute to do their session because most of the time I tell couples to interact together and talk to each other and these two always had something to talk about. Ben would make Joanna laugh, then they’d just keep talking.icon smile Joanna & Ben: Engagement PortraitsSo it was kind of fun to see two people enjoy each other’s company that—it was just so sweet! They’re getting married in San Antonio so I’m doing their engagements and Joanna’s bridal session here in Dallas.

We started in the new area of downtown Frisco near Pizza Hut Park. It was a cute area and we had some really great pics.icon smile Joanna & Ben: Engagement Portraits

Then we went to the “historic village” area of downtown Frisco. I’m really just not quite sure what it is called, but it’s a super cute little area.

We finished at the Shops at Legacy and had some fun atop a parking garage and did some photos around the pond.

Joanna: Bridal Portraits » Allison Davis Photography Blog — Inspired by Love - [...] Joanna and Ben were married Saturday in San Antonio. Since they live in Dallas, I was able to do their engagement and bridal portraits and Saturday I enjoyed a weekend without a wedding and went to the Keith Urban concert. Joanna wanted me to wait until after their wedding day to share her portraits. Joanna wanted to do her bridal portraits in Downtown Dallas with fabulous city buildings and streets, but she also wanted a little bit of green too—so we went to SMU for the second half of her bridals. This was totally one of my favorites from the day! I love her train and her veil moving in the wind. This is the 16×20 bridal portrait Joanna chose to display at her wedding. Then Joanna let her hair down for the last 5 minutes of shooting and I loved how free and full it was.  Posted in Bridal Portraits | Tags: Bridal Portraits, Bridal Portraits at SMU, Bridal Portraits in Deep Ellum, Bridal Portraits in Downtown Dallas, Dallas Wedding Photographer, Dallas Wedding Photography, Fort Worth Wedding Photographer, Fort Worth Wedding Photography, North Dallas Wedding Photographer, Photos at SMU, Photos in Deep Elllum, Plano Wedding Photographer, Richardson Wedding Photographer [...]
