Kelsey & Josh: Engagement Portraits

Kelsey and Josh are super awesome! They were total naturals in front of the camera, but I guess it helps when all they had to do was act like they were in love with each other. They meet on a mission trip to Guatemala and fell for each other while serving others. After just a few months they knew they were meant to be together. I’m just so excited for you guys! I can’t wait till your wedding in April—it’ll be awesome!

They were daring enough to climb out on a limb for this one, and I’m glad they did. I had to maneuver around all sorts of tree limbs to get this shot. This would make a sweet canvas!

The one below is definitely an all time favorite!

After our play time in the forest we drove downtown to Deep Ellum for some urban photos. I absolutely love these! Kesley and Josh were so awesome even though the temperature dropped about 15 degrees inbetween locations. We only did photos for like 30 minutes downtown and then grabbed some fabulous breakfast at Cafe de Brazil while talking about their wedding plans.

Hooray for downtown streets and golden sunlight! Love it!!
